Bucks® Rival - 6" Slip-on CSA Steel-toe Work Boot

Very comfortable right out of the box. Very easy break in. Lots of support for my feet. I will be using Tatra boots from now on. Nice to support a local Canadian company!

Ordered size 12 but found they were too tight.
Return and shipment of size 13 was quick and professional.
I love the new boots.

It's my first experience with this style of boot, but they've been rubbing sores into the backs of my legs. They seem to be getting better as I smash the back of the boot down, pull the fabric to stretch it, and otherwise try and get the back of the boot broken in.

That being said, the actual foot part of the boot is probably the most comfortable I've ever had. I've become so used to buying my boots 2 sizes too big to accommodate my wide feet (leaving my actual toes behind the steel toe), and these are the exact size and shape of my feet.

So far I'll likely buy these boots again, but probably in a different style.

So far so good only wore them for 8 hrs so far but I did notice they run a little bigger than my usually size 9 . Only time will tell if they become sloppy in the fit .

I bought these for my husband. After I asked him for a review, he reported that on the very first day, the shoes hurt to wear. On the first day, they were very uncomfortable and did not have much room for his feet. He ignored the pain since he knew that the leather should expand and chose to wear the shoes every day to work. He reports that they are an amazing fit and quality, and are now comfy after breaking them in, as the leather expanded to fit his feet (we bought a size 10, which is true to his size). So far they are worth the money, however, we will see if they withstand a few weeks of welding, barn work, and various odd jobs. Overall we are happy with the purchase.
