I have always tried to buy Canadian as often as possible, long before recent events. I had never brought that to my work boots and decided my next pair had to be Canadian. I discovered there are a few very good Canadian companies to choose, Tatra being local to me though it was a no brainer. They are obviously very well made and you can definitely see and feel the superior materials and construction. Very comfortable and sizing is true to slightly oversized. I typically am a 10.5-11. Sizing instructions were perfect. I was instructed to request an extra insole which I did not. I intend to wear these with an orthotic. If that were not the case, the extra insole would be welcome as they are a wide width boot. Time will tell obviously, but I feel they will hold up and wear very well.
